Your Pathway starts with San Jacinto College and with transfer advising it will lead you to your future educational success.  The new University Center for transfer advising is now open on the San Jacinto College Central Campus, C-1.129.  The center is open to ALL students.  

Transfer academic advising is essential for a smooth transition from your graduation from San Jacinto College to the university of your choosing.  Developing a realationship early with an advisor is one of the many keys to success of your educational journey.  By developing these realationships early you will be strengthening your commitment to personal success and lifelong learning.  The University Center has advisors from several of the top schools San Jacinto College students transfer to, such as the University of Houston Clear Lake, the University of Houston Main, Stephen F. Austin,  Texas State, Texas Tech, Sam Houston State, Texas A&M Kingsville, UH Victoria and Texas Southern.  Other universities will be added to the schedule as soon as schedules can be arranged.  No appointment needed.

Complete Your Masters Degree

Did you know you can work toward a master’s degree at San Jac?  Yes, you can earn a masters in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology through the University of Houston Clear Lake or University of St. Thomas without driving everywhere.  Several courses are on campus, while others are taught through Distance Learning. Registration for classes is through your university and all classes are taught by your university’s professors. Contact UHCL or St. Thomas University for information on this degree plan, registration and class offerings.
