Wide Range of Courses

You'll find what you need with over 50 course options. Our courses are United States Coast Guard (USCG) approved and Standards for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) compliant. These USCG approved courses are also approved for GI Bill® education benefit certification for veterans.

Engineering courses are available from engine room fundamentals and qualified member of the engineering department (QMED) to designated duty engineer (DDE) and chief engineer.

Incredible Engineering Simulation

With three Kongsberg's K-SIM navigation full mission bridge simulators, we offer a modern training environment that enables trainees to learn and practice navigation and bridge operations in a realistic and immersive setting.

First Class Facilities

Our 45,000 square-foot waterfront facility opened in 2016 and is located on the Turning Basin along the Houston Ship Channel. The beautiful campus is equipped with modern bridge and engine room simulators, navigation labs, marine engineering lab, training pool, spacious lounge areas, and a dining room.
